Who do we use to ship our gear and when can we expect it?

Canada Post! We try to get to the post office the same day you order, but it may take 2 days after you have made your order. You can expect to receive your Workation Wear within 7-10 business days. 

Why is there a flat rate for shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $10 to ship anything under $100. This is because our items are special and require extra care when shipping, and each special item has unique shipping costs! To simplify the costs of the numerous products, we ask that you pay $10 and we just cover the rest. Feeling like spending more? A purchase of $100 or more will result in free shipping!

I am so excited to receive my Workation Wear! Can I get it faster?

We get that you may be excited to receive your gear as soon as possible. Feel free to contact us, and we will see what we can do! 

I only want a sticker or a luggage tag! Do I still have to pay shipping?

Don't worry! If you only want to purchase a sticker or a luggage, no problem! A standard shipping option will pop up at the time of check out with no shipping fees!
